Totally recommend 105 on the Park. Have stayed a few times now. Rooms Comfortable and Clean, Very Quiet, Great Location. The improvements/renovations have made our stays even better. Greeted Very Warmly by the Lovely Rachel who goes over and beyond to help with any requests for a Wonderful/Comfortable stay.

Pleasant little motel. Our unit had been nicely renovated and was very clean and comfortable. Service was great - keeping reception open until we arrived after hours. Would definitely recommend.

Older motel, Room was recently refurbished. Bed comfortable, exceptional wi-fi, good to have a couch table and chairs. Also had undercover parking for our unit. Quiet location. Owners are gradually getting on top of maintenance/improvements required.

Nice place. Well run. Helpful staff. Good comms from owner before visit. Quiet location but a bit of a walk into the town centre (but you can tell that from Maps). Stayed in one of the un-refurbished rooms. Very clean and tidy.

Stayed for one night on the way home from Adelaide. What’s not to like? Friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable bed, great shower and very quiet! Woke up well rested and ready for the drive ahead.

The room and experience well exceeded my expectations. From the smiling face behind the desk, to the generous and impecible size of the room. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom facilities excellent. A warm shower, warm bed, warm room the list goes on. This little gem of a motel is nothing short of amazing😊

Our second stay at this nicely renovated motel off the busy highway. Spotless, cosy, with modern decoration. The "executive" room provides a tiny table and two comfortable sofa chairs, which means it's possible to have a takeaway meal. Microwave and small fridge, some crockery, cutlery and glasses all add to the facilities. Happy to stay here again on our next trip.

The best motel I have ever been to so far! Very very clean and neat, the staff are incredibly helpful. Sania was an amazing host, whenever we needed something she attended to our needs instantly. We only stayed for 3 days but it was a pleasant stay. would totally go back!
